with your privacy as our top priority, the photos you take during the mobile tailor fitting process are deleted immediately after your measurements are calculated - never to be seen by human eyes.

3DLOOK uses advanced technology to create a 3D wireframe model of your measurements, which is then used to compile a sizing report that is shown only to you and our team.

after you take your measurements

3DLOOK will tell you if your measurements were calculated successfully upon completion. if you receive any soft validation errors, please review them and re-do the process to ensure accuracy.

you will see 4 measurements on the final screen - waist girth, hip girth, thigh girth, and inside leg length. take a note of these values or take a screenshot of this screen as you will need to input these measurements into the slø size form to receive your slø size recommendations!

do's

make sure to wear tight clothes: tank top and leggings will do just fine!
head looking straight ahead
maintain a straight posture
keep your arms straight, 6 inches (15 cm) apart from the body in an A shape
legs should be 7 inches (18 cm) apart

don'ts

arms should not be put on the hips, crossed behind the back, or over the head
legs and arms should not be together
do not lean over
do not tilt the head

do's

arms should be placed on the side with the line on the pants
legs and arms should not be spread apart

we understand that the gender binary options in the sizing process may cause discomfort for some of our non-binary, gender fluid,transgender, and other customers who do not fit into the male or female categories. we want to apologize directly for this and assure you that, as a company and individuals, we acknowledge, support, and celebrate the diversity of all gender identities.

unfortunately, selecting your gender is part of the 3DLOOK application and not something we can control. however, we have actively voiced our concerns to their upper management and are working towards finding a solution that better serves all of our customers.

in the meantime, we ask that you please select your gender assigned at birth. we deeply regret any negative emotions this may cause and promise to continue advocating for more inclusive options in the future.

to determine your slø jeans size recommendation, please provide your name and the email address you plan to use at checkout. input the measurements you received from 3DLook, or the measurements you took yourself, and click "get my slø size". this will display a set of cards recommending the best sizes for you by cut. if you do not see these cards appear and/or receive an error message, please contact support@slojeans.co for assistance.
